Your daily routine would include:
- Taking ownership of various tickets related to problems with DIA, VPN, Cloud, SDWAN, FW, etc.;
- Investigating the reason for the root cause and providing a temporary workaround or reliable resolution;
- Communicating with administrators and on-site engineers to provide remote assistance;
- Proactively participating in internal and external communication;
- Escalating problematic scenarios.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
- Knowledge in the networking/telecommunication protocols (IP, TCP/UDP, VPN, OSPF etc.);
- MTCNA, CCNA, or NRS certificate (considered as a plus);
- Previous experience as L1/L2 Support Engineer (considered as a plus);
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the capability to identify solutions to unusual and complex problems;
- Team player;
- Good written and spoken English skills.
