Responsibilities
- Create a new Fintech platform for millions of users
- Lead and deliver large scale Fintech projects from requirements to production
- Ability to create a secured and scalable design
- Write efficient, maintainable code supporting billions of operations per second
- Work with external teams such as architects and devops
- Operate Java and JavaScript based microservices technology
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with server-side design and development
- In depth knowledge of Java including functional and asynchronous programming (such as RxJava, Vertx, Netty)
- Proven experience in designing high scale systems working with cloud services and NoSQL databases (such as AWS, Couchbase)
- Strong test-driven, continuous integration mentality
- Linux and server-side experience – Must
- Experience with microservices technology
- Background in developing using NoSQL databases, as Couchbase, ElasticSearch, Redis, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- BSc. in Computer Science or equivalent
