Process Automation Designer
We need your skills and experience to help our team of masterminds perform even better while supporting our internal and external customers and creating innovative IT solutions.
Your daily routine would include:
- In coordination with your internal customer, you analyze, design and develop digitization concepts with individual solution approaches for processes (customer needs) and you are responsible for quality and efficiency;
- Form the interface for the feasibility check between Discovery and Delivery, the technical and consumer areas and find the optimum from the company’s point of view;
- Actively bring in suggestions for improvement (process redesign; other automation technologies, etc.) and, in coordination with various stakeholders (A1, group), you give practical recommendations for action in the team and across teams.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
- Fluency in spoken and written German and English is a must;
- In-depth experience in the field as a business analyst or solution designer and have knowledge of telecom products and the most common systems;
- Interested in digitization solutions and have in-depth experience;
- Good working knowledge of both languages is a must quickly recognize connections, put them in the right context and derive measures from them;
- You pay attention to details without losing the big picture;
- BPMN modelling skills – Business Process Model and Notation;
- Experience with Windows 10 & MS Office.
