IP Enterprise and Data Center Network Engineer
We need your skills and experience, if you understand both the business and technology sides and you have very good analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner. Ultimately, you will interact with other network engineers, network administrators, and other professionals in network setup and configuration to develop innovative high-quality network solutions that match business requirements.
Your daily routine would include:
- Planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all Enterprise and Data Center network hardware and software of the company;
- Participate in local and international projects;
- Taking decisions about the architecture and the design of the network;
- Integrating new vendor products;
- Participate in new vendor negotiation and selection process;
- Planning and perform network migrations;
- Solving complex network issues.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the area of Enterprise and/or Data Center networks;
- Strong knowledge in the area of Security – Firewalls, VPNs, IPS, Web Security;
- Hands-on experience in supporting and/or design of Enterprise and Data Center networks;
- Certification or at least knowledge level of CCNA, CCNP;
- Knowledge and previous management of Load Balancers and Wireless networks;
- Hands-on experience with several of the following technologies and protocols: Switching, Routing protocols(OSPF, BGP), MPLS, IPsec VPN, 802.1x, VxLAN, LISP;
- Understanding of different aspects of Enterprise computing: Virtualization, Hypervisors, Containerization;
- Very good written and spoken English skills.
Other experience and skills considered as Advantages:
- Experience with any of the leading Firewall vendors – Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Baracuda or Checkpoint;
- Holding certificate – Fortinet NSE3 up to NSE7;
- Experience with Cisco Catalyst Network products;
- Experience with Cisco Nexus devices (including ACI Fabric) in Data Center environment;
- Understanding and previous deployments of network cloud solutions and environments – Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google GCP;
- Scripting and Automation/DevNet skills – Bash, Python, Ansible, Perl, Git;
- Knowledge of F5 Load Balancers;
- Experience with Microsoft Visio.
