Hristo Mihaylov is looking for a new team member:
RPA Support Specialist with Camunda
As a professional focused on RPA (Robotic Process Automation) support, you’ll be a member of А1 company, collaborating on technological framework and functional approach in an Agile Environment with focus on supporting and maintaining RPA processes. You will be part of an international agile SCRUM Team focusing to support E2E process automations. You will co-work in a Team with different skills from Business Analysis, Solution Design, Development, Testing and Operations.
Your daily routine would include:
- Initial process configuration & schedule processes & runtimes;
- Monitor the existing processes, their performance and productive automations via Camunda and other tools/applications;
- Support RPA maintenance activities and handle start/stop of processes on requests;
- Troubleshoot reported issues to identify the root cause of a failure or assign defect to proper teams for further investigation;
- Test delivered defects to ensure reported issues are solved and no regression has been introduced;
- Deploy automated workflows following Change Management, Security & SOX rules;
- Create and maintain documentation on Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow, Remedy.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
- Understanding of service-oriented architectures, APIs and data-processing;
- Experience or knowledge of industry’s leading Robotics Process Automation products (BluePrism, UiPath, PowerAutomate etc);
- Basic to medium SQL knowledge;
- Troubleshooting skills and capabilities to provide quick resolution of issues and/or to identify the root cause;
- University degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science or other technical education;
- Fluent in English (Team language will be English), German will be considered as an advantage.
