As CRM (Salesforce) Business Analyst at FXCM, you will have the exciting opportunity to be the go-to person for the robust Salesforce CRM ecosystem. Emphasis will be on working with internal SMEs/Managers/Developers on developing new and improving existing workflows and functionalities.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

  • Be a first point of contact for new feature requests and changes to existing features, including conducting research to reach optimal solutions
  • Create user stories for feature development, including documenting technical specifications, acceptance criteria, and test cases
  • Collaborate with Developers, Administrators, and business stakeholders to refine user stories ahead of development and/or configuration
  • Partner with Developers and Administrators to design, build, test, and deploy platform solutions for business stakeholders
  • Communicate project deliverables, project and development timelines, and feature-related information to team members, stakeholders, and management
  • Collaborate with business subject matter experts to assess business processes and identify opportunities to transfer processes to the Salesforce platform and/or optimize existing processes within the platform
  • Master customization and automation functions to enable FXCM to provide outstanding client service through excellent automated solutions
  • Gather and analyze data to help identify automation opportunities, determine feature deliverables, and gauge success of implemented solutions
  • Oversee user acceptance testing for major features and projects to ensure quality software delivery
  • Work closely with CRM management to understand product roadmap and deliver excellent features based on a prioritized list of feature requests
  • Manage several projects simultaneously to help move product roadmap forward
  • Facilitate meetings with team members and business stakeholders to move feature delivery and projects forward
  • Create and maintain project and feature documentation, including project scope, key decisions, risks, lessons learned, process workflows, and relevant feature/process knowledge capture
  • Master Jira and Confluence to ensure up-to-date documentation, with automation implemented to automate documentation where appropriate
  • Provide both internal and external training on CRM features, processes, releases, and products
  • Ensure platform security is embedded into all solutions as part of refinement process
  • Manage access and permissions through User Setup, Roles and Role Hierarchy, Profiles, Permission Sets, Public Groups, and Queues, Sharing Rules, and Security
  • Assist with configuration and declarative development, including object, page layout, flow, workflow, approval process, profile, permission set, and role updates

 

Qualifications:
  • English at a professional level (written and verbal)
  • 3+ years of experience as a software business analyst or relevant experience
  • Strong attention to detail, with great analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Experience working in a dynamic Agile project delivery environment; Experience with Scrum preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an ability to coordinate between a variety of business roles and personalities
  • Willingness to learn/grow with Salesforce’s ever-changing environment
  • Hands-on experience administering and developing Salesforce instances and working with Salesforce related apps is a plus
  • Engineering, Computer Science, or programming background is a plus
  • Experience managing a small team is a plus
  • Business Process Optimization/Management experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Confluence and Jira is a plus

 

Hours: 40 hours/week – Monday to Friday
