About The Position
Tarya is a leading provider in the emerging Fintech world. Our Financial Platform as a Service (F-PaaS™) enables companies to provide end-to-end financial services that are traditionally otherwise outsourced. F-PaaS™ empowers organizations to add new revenue channels, increase value to the customer and improve client retention, from day one.
We are excitedly looking for a positive, inquisitive HR Generalist, who loves streamlining processes and problem-solving. Someone who will ensure that HR functions efficiently and smoothly as directed.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute employer branding strategy.
- Work in a collaboration with the HR, Recruitment, Marketing, and R&D teams to design effective campaigns.
- Build and promote Tarya Fintech’s employer brand to employees and candidates.
- Plan, arrange, and execute marketing campaigns and events from conception to implementation.
- Plan and arrange Tarya Fintech’s participation in career events.
- Create a concept and organize internal events (office events, activities, parties, team buildings) to promote our employer brand among Tarya Fintech’s employees.
- Create marketing materials for our website and other marketing platforms, job boards, social networks, and media channels.
- Define KPI measurements for success and assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- A degree in Marketing, HR, or another relevant field is preferred.
- Excellent level of spoken and written English.
- Proven experience in Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and social networks
- Communication and Presentation Skills.
