ABOUT THE POSITION

Our Financial Platform as a Service (F-PaaS™) enables companies to provide end-to-end financial services that are traditionally otherwise outsourced. F-PaaS™ empowers organizations to add new revenue channels, increase value to the customer and improve client retention, from day one.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the creation and management of business requirements
- Document As Is/To Be business processes, and user stories and explore ways of improving them
- Analyze Business cases, draft Use Case specifications and User Stories
- Provide project life cycle documentation and support development, testing & implementation
- Collaborate with key department users to ensure operational issues are driven through to completion.
- Communicate and collaborate with the client side, project managers and various stakeholders
- Define and refine the project scope together with the Project management team
- Monitor requirements fulfilment during project implementation
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analysis
- Experience in business case analysis and requirements formation for IT project implementation
- Understanding of assimilating information from various sources
- Awareness of business and data analysis tools and techniques
- Self-motivated, accountable approach and a strong sense of teamwork
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluency in English.
