ABOUT THE POSITION

Tarya is a leading provider in the new emerging Fintech world. Our Financial Platform as a Service (F-PaaS™) enables companies to provide end-to-end financial services that are traditionally otherwise outsourced. F-PaaS™ empowers organizations to add new revenue channels, increase value to the customer and improve client retention, from day one.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the creation  and management of business requirements
  • Document As Is/To Be business processes, and user stories and explore ways of improving them
  • Analyze Business cases, draft Use Case specifications and User Stories
  • Provide project life cycle documentation and support development, testing & implementation
  • Collaborate with key department users to ensure operational issues are driven through to completion.
  • Communicate and collaborate with the client side, project managers and various stakeholders
  • Define and refine the project scope together with the Project management team
  • Monitor requirements fulfilment during project implementation

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analysis
  • Experience in business case analysis and requirements formation for IT project implementation
  • Understanding of assimilating information from various sources
  • Awareness of business and data analysis tools and techniques
  • Self-motivated, accountable approach and a strong sense of teamwork
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluency in English.
