IP Deployment Engineer
We need your skills and experience, if you understand both the business and technology sides and you have very good analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner. Ultimately, you will interact with other network engineers, network administrators, and other professionals in network setup and configuration to develop innovative high-quality network solutions that match business requirements.
Your daily routine would include:
- Integration and deployment of new solutions and services;
- Actively participate in international projects and activities;
- Performing problem isolation and troubleshooting in a network infrastructure;
- Planning and performing network service migrations and changes;
- Playing an active role within the IP Network and Architecture Team and maintain a close working relationship with other teams, on-site field engineers, and customers.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a multinational environment;
- Basic knowledge or experience in the area of IP networks, including technologies and protocols like Switching, VLANs, STP, Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP);
- Certification or at least knowledge level of CCNA;
- Understanding of Service Providers Networks and Services like MPLS;
- Experience with Cisco and/or Nokia network devices;
- Very good written and spoken English skills. German language is a plus.
