Big Data Engineer
Your daily routine would include:
- Providing guidance and leadership in managing the day-to-day operations of Analytical systems;
- Contributing to data validation processes, monitoring data quality, and participating in efforts to ensure data accuracy and reliability for analytical purposes;
- Identifying operational issues and providing support for resolving technical challenges encountered within the Analytical environment;
- Maintaining operational documentation, contributing to process improvements, and documenting procedures to enhance operational efficiency;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve Advanced Analytics & AI functionalities.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools, databases, or analytical platforms;
- Experience in Azure Synapse Serverless, Spark, Kafka and Python (advantage);
- Good knowledge and understanding of Linux;
- Good understanding of data validation and quality assurance concepts;
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues;
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities;
- Great English skills – written and spoken.
