IP Network Engineer
We are looking for motivated Network Engineer to join our successful IP Business Solutions Team, based in Sofia.
Ultimately, you will interact with other network engineers, network administrators, and other professionals in network setup and configuration to develop innovative high-quality network solutions that match business requirements.
Your daily routine would include:
- Responsibility for planning, testing, implementation, operation and maintenance of IP/MPLS and technical solutions;
- Executing daily operational tasks – verifications, changes, software upgrades;
- Working in “virtual” teams on a project-based tasks;
- Coordinating with on-site field engineers team equipment implementation at customer premises – because not everything can be built remotely;
- Performing Order2Activation (Activation + Change + Incident);
- Managing multiple technical implementation projects with minimal supervision – we trust your skills;
- Giving internal presentations and trainings – we count on you to spread your knowledge;
- Willingness to participate in оn-call duties (monthly rotations).
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
- At least 1 year of prior work experience with IP (Cisco, Nokia, Mikrotik, or others) lines solutions;
- Networking – WAN, LAN, Voice, IPTV unicast/multicast;
- Hands-on experience with CPE switching, routing and VPN technologies;
- Familiarity with the common network monitoring and performance management tools;
- Certification from major security or network vendors on associate level will be considered advantage;
- Knowledge of Python or Ansible;
- Very good written and spoken English skills.
