We are looking for our team in Sofia for a Service Desk Engineer.
The person will be a part of our EMEA/US IS Service Desk with a goal to ensure a good service level to our users.

Main tasks will be to:

  • Provide front line technical support to the company employees by responding to incidents and requests utilizing internal ITSM software.
  • Act as the first point of contact for Service desk support and assist Level II with more complex tickets.
  • Provide troubleshooting and support for Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams and a wide variety of 3rd party applications (Browsers,
  • Windows family operating systems).
  • Provide troubleshooting and support for PCs, Laptops, Peripherals and Network devices.
  • Leverage Level 2 teammates for troubleshooting and procedural support.
  • Build and distribute application deployments.
  • Develop, maintain, and provide documentation for internal procedures and user guides.
  • Perform other IT duties as per assignment and support the team by being highly collaborative.

The profile needed is:

  • University degree in information technology or similar and good IT skills.
  • Microsoft windows desktop operating systems troubleshooting skills.
  • Microsoft office applications troubleshooting including Office 365.
  • Network, printer, mobile, and computer hardware troubleshooting skills.
  • Communication skills, problem solving mindset and desire to continue to learn and grow beyond the current role.
  • Experience using ServiceNow or any other ITSM solution and fluent English.
