Junior Engineer
Your daily routine would include:
- Being responsible for managing business related enterprise solutions and applications and keeping them in operation, within the required parameters (availability, performance, business processes, technical design, and integrations).
- Supporting & configuring IT systems with effect upon a lot of people in an international environment.
- Monitoring application servers and workload as well as making adjustments if necessary.
- Identifying and resolving technical issues / problems with your applications and their integrations.
- Cooperating with other team members to achieve unit related goals and user satisfaction in accordance with the company’s strategy and business priorities.
- Working with industry leading solutions by IBM, SAP, Microsoft, etc.
We’ll know you can make it, if you have:
- Hands-on experience in supporting and administration of business critical systems;
- Understanding of SQL scripting language and Databases (Oracle, MS SQL);
- Basic knowledge in Linux/Unix OS;
- Good communication skills in English and Bulgarian;
- Great problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and grow;
- No issues following Incident and Change management processes;
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications / Computer Science / IT or related (optional);
- Shell scripting, Powershell, TCP/IP network will be considered as an advantage;
- Basic knowledge in Java, Javascript, Drools will be considered as an advantage.
