We love helping our customers. Our customers use various Ecommerce platforms and ERP systems. We looking for a new team member who will build the bridge from the clients systems to Orderadmin in a way that is flexible and solves our customers needs.
Our team has been working since 2018 and constantly grows. Main development office is located in Varna.

About the our software:

Orderadmin is a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and an Order Management System (OMS) that simplifies the warehousing, inventory management and order fulfillment processes for e-commerce businesses by bringing innovative technology solutions to a commonly labor-intensive industry.
The Orderadmin platform is dedicated to providing scalable cloud-based (i.e., SaaS) e-commerce solutions and outsourced fulfillment (i.e., FaaS), including everything from inventory management to the picking, packing and delivery via mobile apps and desktop.
Now we are hiring for Customer Support with native level English language.

As a Customer Support Specialist you will be a part of a great team and all together will:

• Listen and respond to customers queries by phone and email.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the clients requests.
• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.

What you need to have:

• Native level English language.
• Customer service skills. You should have the ability of great talking with frustration customer and like help people.
