Monitoring Engineer (AppDynamics)
We need your skills and experience to help our team of masterminds perform even better while supporting our internal and external customers and creating innovative IT solutions.
Your daily routine would include:
- Working with AppDynamics in all phases of getting data into AppDynamics;
- Developing, customizing, configuring dashboards and creating reports within our application;
- Performing scripting, queries and performance tuning;
- Working with internal customers and peers to build advanced visualizations;
- Integrating contextual data into actionable visualizations and developing indicators that identify anomalous activities;
- Enable monitoring for internal infrastructure and integrating alerts with ticketing systems to maintain minimal service outages;
- Being available for off-hour deployments and to provide 24×7 on-call production support;
- Troubleshooting and resolve reported problems.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
- Degree in the field of IT/Telecommunication or any other relevant education;
- Systems and Event Management skills (using various logs);
- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, NAT, gateways, etc.)
- Automation Experience;
- Experience with relational DBs and SQL scripting;
- Experience in Linux, Windows and Kubernetes;
- Basic JAVA skills;
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and Security;
- Experience in support of Software as a Service (SaaS);
- Fluent English, German will be considered as an advantage.
