We are looking for a Manual QA to join our small, yet highly skilled team of IT professionals and make an impact on the future of the financial services industry. You will work directly with our Head of Engineering and Senior Engineers to develop and execute tests’ strategies and plans, and analyze the performance and results obtained.
Your responsibilities:
- Ability to read and understand functional and technical specification and participate in its development
and maintenance - Develop test scenarios to meet product specification requirements
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective strategies and test plans
- Execute the test plan and analyze the results, to assure the overall quality of the product being developed
- Create and update the status of defects found, keeping track on their detailed description and validation
- Proactively participate in meetings to discuss the business requirements of product new features
- Coordinate and communicate with the development team on bug fixes and required modifications
Our requirements:
- Experience in testing web-based products
- Ability to analyze and document defects
- Strong analytical skills, organization, and attention to detail
- Experience with project management and bug tracking systems (Jira)
- Basic Linux knowledge
- Experience in investment banking
- SQL – Basic knowledge
- ISTQB certified
