General duties:

• Analyze data related to operational risk events;
• Support the process for risk identification, measurement and assessment;
• Assist business units for the development and integration of risk mitigation measures;
• Maintain, upgrade and improve the applicable risk management framework and procedures;
• Participate in the business continuity planning and testing;
• Organize and update risk assessments of outsourced functions;
• Monitor the operational risk exposure and evaluate new or revised business processes in terms of operational risk;
• Participate in the internal capital allocation analysis process and stress testing in the field of operational risk management;
• Participate in self-assessment and scenario analysis campaigns, controls testing, key risk indicators development, calculation and analysis, regulatory and management reporting, etc.

Requirements:

• University Degree Bachelor or Masters;
• Abilities to communicate in English;
• Analytical abilities;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;
• Strong documentation skills;
• Ability to effectively organize your day at work and meet deadlines;
• Capabilities of a pro-active, result oriented, team-player, willing to work in a dynamic environment.
