We are looking for a passionate Back-end Developer with knowledge (Ruby and/or Python) and readiness to learn different AWS technologies. Experience with a wide range of AWS services is considered as a plus (ECS, Open Search, Lambda, Kinesis, etc.)

Urban.io provides a range of low cost, industrial grade IoT devices that provide real time data from building systems, spaces and other remote field assets. Data from these devices is collected and displayed in a monitoring cloud platform. The urban.io cloud platform has a microservices based architecture to meet the special demands of the IoT data collection, enrichment, storage, analysis and display. It is entirely AWS hosted and uses variety of AWS services (Transit Gateway, Open Search, Lambda, Kinesis, etc)
As part of the team you will:
